She was born in Paterson NJ, resided in Wayne NJ, resided in Daytona Beach while attending Daytona State College, before settling in Naples, Florida.
Susan is survived by her husband Steven, and children Andrew (girlfriend, Elena) and Alison, of Naples, FL; mother, Joan Vreeland of Butler, NJ, predeceased by her father, Ronald Vreeland, sisters Dawn Pallotta (Michael) of Saddle Brook, NJ and Robin Ziegler (Chris) of Butler, NJ; Brother-in-law Dave Whitney (Pam) and Father-in-law Robert Whitney, of Whispering Pines, NC; predeceased by her Mother-in-law Alice Whitney, nieces Brianna, Angelina and Stephanie and nephews Nico, Daniel and Michael; cousins, friends and Jack and Max (dogs). Susan worked for the Ritz-Carlton Golf Resort in Naples, FL since 2001, and former owner of Creative Pottery in Bonita Springs, FL.
She devoted her life to her children, family and friends. Susan never wanted to be the center of attention; therefore, her services will be private for immediate family members only. A private cremation will follow, with a celebration of Life to be planned at a later date in FL, NJ and NC.
