Penny Patrick, 61, beloved Naples nurse, succumbed to lung cancer Wednesday night at Avow hospice. Preceded in death by her father Richard, brother David. She is survived by her loving sons Nick and Phil (Danielle) Batsios, granddaughter Ella Grace Batsios, her mother Charlotte Gilbert, brothers Dan (Pam) Galliway, Scott, Steven Galliway, sisters Robin (Randy) Stewart, Tammy Scipione, as well as nephews Ben, Ryan, Joey, Christopher, Noah, Grant and Cam, nieces Jennifer, Melissa, Sara, Erica, Megan, Alli, Madison, Mackenzie, Rachel, Kristina and their loving husbands, wives and children. Penny worked at NCH the last 16 years in Oncology, and the family wishes to acknowledge the many fellow nurses and friends that honored her with their love, respect, and presence in her final days. It truly showed us she touched so many with the life she lived. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Avow hospice.
