We are grateful to have found a medium to declare our wishes and sympathy’s about the wonderful Norman. He was at our dining table as we crossed the Atlantic aboard the QM2! He kept us enthralled & entertained the whole of the time & then invited us to stay at their home in Naples! We spent many happy hours together and always managed to take something from his advice that helped us in important decision making! Although our most recent contact was by Email we will miss him greatly. The world is a sadder place without him! David & Gillian Williams. UK.

Our condolences to the Krivosha and Sherman families on the passing of Norman.  He was a true mensch, distinguished in his career and exemplary in his personal life committed to a society of kindness, tolerance, and peace.  Special love to Helene, a classmate of David's at Lincoln High School.  Helene and Norman always helped enormously at LHS class reunions, and it was always a joy to see them again.  Shalom. Norman was a speaker when we "roasted" my father (Mitch Tavlin) on the occasion of his 80th birthday.  Norman had represented my father in his second divorce, the result of a marriage for which my father was the subject of a fair amount of good natured teasing after the fact.  I'll never forget the stories Norman told.

Norman was a brilliant lawyer, a pillar of the Lincoln Jewish community, a role model and a gentleman in every way.  It's with great sadness I read of his passing this morning.  You have my deepest sympathy.        

Norman was a very, very special person who I always enjoyed seeing and talking to at Beth Tikvah,   I will miss  him  and he will be missed by many.  This world needs more Normans.

My husband and I are so sorry to hear of Judge Krivosha’s passing. Your family was so warm and helpful to us as we came to Lincoln when my husband was just starting out as a rabbi.

 Norman always had a wonderful welcoming smile and was a person of great knowledge and  dignity who was so widely respected by all at our congregation and the community beyond. He brought so much honor on our Jewish community. Everyone deeply valued his presence in our midst.

 His family was so important to him.  And practicing Judaism. He modeled honoring his parents and coming to shul regularly with them.  

He was exceptionally gracious and kind to us. We are ever grateful.
