Melodi Theresa Oliveri

Melodi Theresa Oliveri, 51 of Naples, FL, passed away on Tuesday, January 26th, 2021, after a long-fought battle following a car accident on March 23, 2019. Mel was born September 24, 1969 in Elizabeth, New Jersey. Melodi leaves behind her only daughter, Samantha Marie Oliveri (Drayton Herold); her purr-fect cat, Oprah Marie; her mother Eleanor Oliveri; her siblings Mary Grace, Donna (John) LoBianco, and Leonard (Lori) Oliveri; Nieces and nephews Johnny, Nicholas, Nicolas, Giuliana, and Sofia. As well as her extended family, Tracy and Robby Morrison, Kacey Lanier, Carletta Richardson Hadley, Christine Peppers- McClure, Michael Cole, Joann and John Lambertson and children: Ryan, Chad, Katlyn, Brianne and Lindsey. Melodi was a diehard Yankees and Jaguars fan and her world was devoted to her daughter. She was a cheer mom and the designated photographer, the life of any party. She always dreamed of traveling in her RV. Her smile and her contagious laugh will live in our hearts forever.

A church service for Melodi’s life will be held at Cornerstone United Methodist Church, Saturday, January 30th at 10:00 a.m. Only family and close friends will be permitted in the sanctuary. In lieu of flowers the family would like gifts in honor of Melodi to be made out to Cornerstone UMC, 8200 Immokalee Rd. Naples, FL. 34119. A celebration of life will be determined later for the public.
