Marilyn was born in NYC to Raymond Silo and Marguerite Silo on June 27, 1940. She was a graduate of Clearwater High. Marilyn married Jay Smith Jr. in Clearwater’s in 1941. Marilyn was a Human Resources assistant at Honeywell, NCR and PepsiCo.
Marilyn is preceded in death by her parents, husband Jay A. Smith and her sister Suzanne Venn.
Marilyn is survived by her children; Scott Smith, Sheila Smith and her husband Walter Smith and Sheri Good and her husband Andrew Good, her four granddaughters; Alyssa Thomas, Allison Hagans, Ashley Good and Natalie Good. Marilyn is also survived by her sister Pat Daily.
A Celebration of Life will be held for her immediate family in October. A Celebration will be held in Naples, FL at a future date for her daughters and all those that met Marilyn and new what a special lady she was.
