Judith Craige Robinson of Naples, FL passed away at the age of 84 on May 5, 2017. She was born in Lansing, MI on December 3, 1932. After graduating high school, she moved to New Orleans where she worked her way through nursing school at a teaching hospital and became an RN. She joined the Navy, working as a nurse and met her husband, Lucien Cawood Robinson, Sr. She moved to Naples, FL in 1968 to raise her sons and took care of her aging mother. As her sons got older she spent summers in New Hampshire working at children's sleep away camps. Throughout her life she worked in the operating rooms, then as an orthopedic nurse, and even continued her nursing career in retirement as a private duty nurse. She was a very kind and compassionate woman who devoted her life to helping others. In her private life, she was a Carmelite catholic devoted to her faith and active at St. Ann's and St. Peter's Church. She vacationed in Maine every chance she could. She and her closest friend, June McLain spent much of their time traveling to many places, such as the mountains of Georgia and Holidays in Norfolk, VA with her children and grandchildren. She also enjoyed long walks with her dog, Lizzy and snuggling with her cat, Walter. Judy is survived by her sons Craig (Tanya) Robinson and Cawood Robinson, her grandchildren, Lucien and Isabella, her dearest friend June McLain, her brothers James Craige and Kerr Craige, Jr. A funeral mass will take place on Thursday, May 11, at 10:30a.m. at St. Ann Catholic Church, 475 9th Ave S, Naples, FL 34102
