Jack D. Strong

He had a gift of inspirational speaking that made you feel special and that anything is possible.

He moved to Bonita Springs, FL in 1983. He owned and operated Strong's NAPA in Linton, IN and Strong's Discount Auto Center in Bonita Springs, FL until he retired. He was an active member of the Royal Order of the Moose.

He is survived by his beloved and devoted wife, Elizabeth (Liz) Strong; his children, Craig (Debbie) Strong, TN, Lisa Hoover, TN, Jackie Jones, IN, Dianna (Ally) Pittman, IN, Mark (Chrissy) Hutchison, FL, Joe (Angie) Hutchison, MI; his sister, Jean Swaby, TN. He also leaves behind 15 grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; and numerous family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Carolyn (Hatcher) Strong; daughter, Linda Strong; son, Terry Strong; grandson, Steve Strong, and grandson, Patrick Hutchison.

A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, December 4, 2010 at 5:00 p.m. at Hodges Funeral Home at Naples Memorial Gardens, 525 111th Avenue North, Naples, FL.
