Frances was preceded in death by John Adam Seib, her husband of 21 years.
She was active in the Naples community for 40 years, including the Shelter for Abused Women, Zonta, and Naples Community Hospital.
She is survived by her son, Gregory A. Seib (Eve) of Sandy Springs, GA, her daughter Laura J. Hakeem (Brian) of Fort Mill, SC, four stepchildren, grandchildren Grayson, Eden, and Meredith Seib and Jack and Dylan Hakeem, sisters Gayle Kassay of Alabama, and Virginia Miller, of New York, and many nieces and nephews. Brothers Robert Miller, John Miller and sister Margaret Miller preceded her in death.
Visitation will be held Wed., Sept. 5, from 9-9:30 a.m. at St. William's Catholic Church, 601 Seagate Dr., Naples, FL, 34108. The funeral mass will follow at 10 a.m., with the burial at Naples Memorial Gardens, 525 111th Ave N, Naples, FL 34108 after mass.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Humane Society Naples or the Shelter for Abused Women & Children.
