Frances Helen Bernard died on January 10, two days after her 99th birthday. Daughter of the late Adam and Frances Sikorski,, she was born in Brockton, Massachusetts, and resided for many years in Bonita Springs. She was preceded in death by her husband of 66 years, Robert, her brothers Francis and Stanley, and her brother in law Donald. Frances is survived by her nieces Gale and Barbara, and nephews James Bernard and Thomas, and by many old and new friends. Special thanks are given to her care giver, Herschel.
Formerly a golfer, Frances and Robert were charter members of Hunters Ridge G.C.C. She loved shopping, dining out, having her hair and nails done, and beating her friends at All Seasons at Rummikub.
Memorial mass was celebrated at St. Leo Roman Catholic Church in Bonita Springs on January 4, 2022. Contributions in Frances’ memory may be made to charities of the donor’s choice.
