Betsy Harman died September 13, 2018 at the age of 83. Born and raised in Geneva, NY, Betsy came to Naples with her parents in 1954, and became a full time resident upon retiring as lieutenant commander US Navy in 1977. She is survived by her sister-in-law Susan Harman; three nieces; Carol Harman, Rosalind McGuire, and Camille Gaydos; and seven great nieces and nephews.
The family would like to express appreciation for the Arlington skilled-nursing staff and to Avow Hospice for keeping her comfortable in her final days.
In lieu of flowers, donations in her name may be made to East Naples Baptist Church, 1697 Shadowlawn Drive, Naples, FL 34112. A Celebration of Life service will be held 10:30 AM Saturday, September 29, 2018 at East Naples Baptist Church.
