I am very sorry to hear of your dad's passing. His name brings memories of Naples past. Booker's gas station was a Naples Landmark and will remain a permanent part of Naples History.

I worked for Earl back in the early 80's.He was a fine man,an honorable man.I remember when him and lem storter would hunt on the weekends.I used to take him fresh mullet on the occasion.It was a pleasure to have had him as part of my life.

May God Bless you Earl. You are truly a part of Naples History. Oh, the fun days at the gas station in the 60's. You never did lose that cigar, nor that smile. Money won't buy the fond memories. I am so sorry to learn that Mr. Booker passed away. Naples had lost a fine man. Unfortunately, I was around when gas was 35 cent a gallon at his station. May your memories comfort you at this difficult time.
