Donna Marie Silva

Donna Marie Silva (nee Garner), 74 of Naples, Fl, a long time resident of Jamestown, RI passed away on November, 28, 2023. She was the daughter of the late Frederic B. Garner and Anna M. Garner (DiCecco), born on March 12, 1949 in Providence, RI.

Donna was a loving wife and mother, married to the love of her life and best friend, Dennis Silva, for 55 years. She adored spending time with her family and traveling.

Donna is survived by her husband, Dennis Silva, her daughter Michele Vutech (Thomas), her daughter Stacey Healey (Christopher) as well as her grandchildren Austin, Taylor and Anika Vutech, Molly and Thomas Healey, her loving sister Ann Navakauskas (John) as well as a niece, nephews, and many friends and family.

Donna attended Pilgrim High School and went on to further her education at Katherine Gibbs and the University of RI. She had a successful career as an Assistant Vice President at Bank of America and also served as an Administrative Assistance to Federal Judge Ernest C. Torres (Retired). In her free time, Donna enjoyed traveling, participating in water aerobics and book club. She found joy in exploring new places and was always planning her next adventure.

The family will have a private ceremony in Naples, followed by memorial services to be announced in Naples and her home state of RI where she will be laid to rest.
