Just finding this out. I am so sorry, Mr. Taylor was a wonderful guy. I will never forget when he was doing the laundry room he would let Lucky in, or give her treats when he would grill. My Condolences to all of you.

Don was one of my favorite managers at Home Depot. He always had a smile on his face. Every once in a while he would be having a bad day at work and he would call me from the sales floor and say “Pam put some of those mini Kit Kats in the freezer for me I’m making my way back to bookkeeping “…….and I always did and I always made sure I had Kit Kat’s in our ‘stash of candy‘.   

He always spoke to me about his family and how much he just adored his grandkids, his wife Laura and how much he loved his backyard in New Jersey. 😊. I know he was thrilled about his retirement and moving down to Naples. 

Working at Home Depot for so many years with the same people you become an extended family.  I have great memories of Don.  May he Rest In Peace. 

To My Poppy,

I always loved going to Mimis and Poppy’s house so I could go in the pool. My favorite times with Poppy were going in the pool with him and playing with him. I will miss my poppy. I love you poppy.

I was so sad to hear of Don‘s passing. Don and I would have so many laughs together when he was my manager. I truly loved to listen to all his stories. He was one of my favorites as a manger. I am  Grateful
I got to work under him. 
He was so proud of his grandchildren, his   Children and always spoke so highly of His wife.  I really enjoyed the day that John and I went over to your  house and had coffee and cake and had so many laughs and great conversation.  
I pray for strength and comfort for all of you in the days ahead. May God bless you and give you comfort during the most difficult time of your life.

Don hired me for a job at Home Depot in 2013. During the interview I told him I wanted to "sell appliances". He looked at me and said "What makes you think you could sell appliances?" I explained that through my life I have purchased appliances and therefore I can relate to people and I like to learn too. He smiled and said " I would just bet you would be darn good at it too-and don't forget to sell the HD plans too-Then I will be convinced I made the best choice for that Department." I always liked talking to Don no matter what the day was, even if I had an issue at work. He stood out as a firm and fair Boss, certainly wore His Orange with Pride! Please accept my heartfelt condolences on Don's passing! I know he loved his family very much as he looked forward to his "off time". 

I remember Don coming to my uncle Sal's house when he was dating my cousin. Don was one of the nicest guys in the family and will be missed by all.

Don had a wealth of stories and I would have to say he was an unmatched story teller. Peace to his family. God Bless !

Don was what I would call a “mans man” meaning he was comfortable in the presence of anyone. He was my wife’s favorite boss at Home Depot and a very good friend of mine. We spent lots of time talking and fishing. I will always miss him. I think everyone’s like is richer for knowing Don. RIP 

Don was one of my favorite managers to work with at Home Depot.  He always had a story to tell and always made me laugh.  He talked about his kids and grandkids constantly, and I always knew he adored his wife as well.  He was a genuine guy and was loved by many.  I will miss him.  

Don was a very, all around knowledgeable guy. He was a great friend and a thoughtful person. A loyal family man who was loved by all. 

He will be missed by all. 

          My favorite thing that I did with my grandpa was lay down on his couch in his den, and watch a movie with him while eating popcorn. I really enjoyed the moments where I did that with him. He enjoyed it too. I really miss him and I wish he had a second chance to live.
