Denise Taylor passed away at home on her lucky number 3/3 (March 3) surrounded by her family and pets after a recent lung cancer diagnosis. She lived life to the fullest with compassion, love, and tenacity. Denise spent her life bringing joy to everyone she met and spreading beauty in all that she touched. She amassed a large chosen family, many of whose lives she saved and who she cared for unconditionally. Her spirit will live on in every person that “Mama D” took under her enormous angel wings.
Denise is reunited in death with her Mother, Sister, two Brothers and countless friends. She is survived by her loyal and loving husband of 28 years, her father, her youngest sister, her children, grandchildren and so many people she helped and loved in life.
Please be kind to everyone you meet and turn that music up and dance- that’s what Denise would have wanted. In lieu of flowers, we ask that you go buy yourself an orchid and be reminded of Denise each time it blooms.
There will be a memorial service in the summer in Maryland or Pennsylvania. Plans will be announced at a later date.
