Claudia was my mother and one of my best friends. We had a very special bond and I think of her every day. We understood each other so well. She was one of my favorite people and she felt the same way about me. Going to the museums in London, going out to breakfast, and staying up late to finish school essays are some of my fondest memories with her. 

After moving out of the house to Denver I could always count on calling her after a tough day at work. Mom was there for me when I needed her and she never let me down. I could not have asked for a prouder mother. She loved me and Grace to no end. This picture was taken on the day of my sister’s birth in the hospital. 

Mom, I wish you were still here! 

Claudia and I became great friends right from the start. We shared many laughs and tears over the nearly 30 years that we knew each other. She was devoted to her family especially Miles and Grace.  My heart breaks for them.

Extremely sad to hear about Claudia. She was a wonderful lady with a great sense of humor and so enthusiastic about life.  In High-School she was a terrific dancer and a cheerleader that most boys had a crush on. I remember visiting her and her family in London.  They were so kind and gracious with my daughter and very generous with their time.
She will be greatly missed. Godspeed to her family.

I met Claudia 25 years ago and she immediately became one of my best friends. She was so talented and I admired her interior design talent so much.  She was one of the funniest people that I have ever met and had the most distinctive and infectious laugh.  She was an incredible friend and I will miss her so very much.  Thank you Claudia for everything you did and for  everything that you were. 

Our family extend our deepest condolences to Mark, Miles, and Grace, and Claudia’s family at this very difficult time. We will always remember Claudia as a loving and attentive mother and a lady with a great sense of humor. She will be truly missed.

I first remember tiny, tiny Claudia pushing a stroller with her newborn Baby Grace.  And much later… a week after London’s terrorist attack…I remember picnicing with Claudia on a 4th of July at Barbara Hutton’s estate, overhead sniper protection included.  I ALWAYS remember Claudia’s shiny dark hair & her alabaster skin. 

Just pre Covid  I recall her coming to my nephew’s NC engagement party & sharing pictures…constantly telling me how wonderful her children were.  My sister was her close friend & Mark remains my brother-in-law’s best bud.  Quoting my mom…about Claudia…I say, “I felt like I really knew her.”



Jeannie and I are very, very sorry about the passing of our dear friend Claudia.  We had so many great times together in London and more recently in Naples.  She was always so much fun and loving.   She was a true friend and very special to our family. SHE WILL BE MISSED VERY MUCH BY US.

Claudia was my beloved sister in law and I treasure my many memories of her. She was so kind and generous to me and so much fun to be with. We had lots of adventures in London and went on a fun trip to York, going on ghost tours and sightseeing. I loved her spirit and gusto for being up for anything. I loved her so much. She was a sister to me and I will miss her terribly. Rest in peace Claudia. You touched a lot of people with your loveliness and your kind heart.
