complications with Parkinson’s and dementia. He was predeceased by his wife Sue on August 10, 2022.
Chuck was born on April 16, 1934 to Dr. Charles W. Mueller and Eleanor Stratmann Mueller in Brooklyn,
NY. In his Junior year at Colgate University, he met the love of his life Nancy Sue Kopf (Sue). She was a
Sophomore at Skidmore College. They were inseparable ever since. She was pinned her junior year and
they were engaged her Senior year. Chuck graduated Colgate with a BA and while serving our country as
2nd Lieutenant in the United States Airforce in 1956. Chuck and Sue were married on June 15 1957 right
after she graduated Skidmore with a BS degree. They moved to South Carolina for the Air Force then retired as Captain and moved back to Long Island, NY. In June 1960 Chuck joined Kobrand Corporation and retired after 60 years serving both as Senior Executive and Chairman of the Board.
Nancy Sue Kopf (Sue) was born November 6, 1935 to Elizabeth (Betty) and Rudolf Kopf in Great Neck, NY.
Sue passed away suddenly on August 10, 2022. Together they shared a blessed life together that included traveling, golf and tennis and Sue loved playing bridge. The Memorial Service will be honoring both Chuck and Sue together, since that’s the way they always were and are once again; together. They are survived by 3 daughters; Leslie Mueller O’Hara, Kristen (Steve) Powers and Kimberly Mueller, 4 grandchildren; Brian (Leela) O’Hara, Drew (Theresa) Powers, Kimmy Powers and Michael Mueller and 4 Great Grandchildren. Services will be held at Hodges Funeral Home at Naples Memorial Gardens at 1pm.
