Charlie was an incredible person who lived a remarkable life which he was happy to share with us at Old 41 Restaurant. From his Military Days to his wonderful life with his Wife and Family, Charlie lived the life many of us hope to. Our Deepest Sympathies to his Family, May he Rest in Piece.


Gina and I enjoyed having Charlie as our neighbor.  He was always so friendly to us.  We shared many conversations, laughs and a few drinks.   His dog Chomper wasn't the most friendliest canine but  he protected his owner and gave Charlie a reason to get outside and chat with his neighbors.  Charlie was very proud of his daughter. And loved his candy apple red corvette.  He would cruise through the neighborhood with the top down acting very cool. I was happy he called me to help him find a place to live.  I know he made many friends and was a big hit with the ladies at his new community.   Rest in peace Charlie.  We will miss you!   CAVU.

EACH AND EVERYONE OF OUR VETERANS ARE OUR COUNTRY'S VERY SPECIAL HEROES AND THEY ALL WILL ALWAYS HAVE A VERY SPECIAL PLACE IN MY HEART FOREVER.
God bless you Charles for taking great care of our country and for all the sacrifices you have made for our country; for me and for all the rest of us. You rest now in heaven with God and the Angels and with all of our other special veterans who have served our country.

I am so sorry to hear of Charlie’ passing.  Both my husband and I enjoyed having both he and Billie as neighbors for many years.  He was a wonderful man and had led a very interesting life.  Another member of the Greatest Generation leaves us.  He will be missed.  Although we didn’t see him much after he left we often spoke of him and had nice memories.
