She was born on February 7th, 1950 in Mississippi to Virgil and Sadie McDowell, both deceased.
Brenda worked at Naples Marina and loved her job and the people who own and run it. They were her Marina family .She enjoyed golfing and traveling.
She was preceded in death by her loving husband Bruce Bryan, daughter Marlaina Kim, mother Sadie McDowell, father Virgil McDowell and brother James McDowell.
She leaves behind her daughter Michelle Collins,(Leon) Copeland, FL, sister Ruby Kalinowski(Rick) Jasper, FL, brother Donnie McDowell(Dianna), Copeland, FL, granddaughters Breanna Kim and Deanna Pasiuk, three grandsons, Wayne Ryan Collins, Donnie Kim and Tyler Pasiuk, two great granddaughters and many nieces and nephews.
At this time there will be no service. Plans will be made for a graveside service at Hodges Memorial Gardens soon and will be announced at a later date. There will also be a Celebration of Life planned at that time.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to a charity of your choice.
