Neurologist friends and I are attending  a  conference here, one which Beau attended many times. We fondly remember beau’s  friendliness,  humor and dedication to our field of medicine. I only recently learned of Dr. Bercaw's passing. I was visiting my daughter and she was reminiscing about her childhood and mentioned him. I told her I had lost touch with you and him, and she did a google search and found his obituary.  She also found you on Facebook and I sent you a friend request.
I am so sorry for your loss. I have happy memories of being his transcriptionist at Diagnostic Clinic, where we became friends upon discovering we were fellow Virginians, and of visiting you and him in Naples years ago. He was one of the nicest people I have ever known. I know you miss him.

I am so sorry to hear of Beau's death. We were roommates at the Univ. of Va.I wish I could have seen him and shared old pictures of us and old memories. I was just planning a day trip to Naples from Sebring and learned of his loss. He was a great friend so many years ago and I have never forgotten him. We were both in the pre-med program, but I switched and earned a Master's Degree in Chemistry instead. I have a daughter Erica who is taking her MCAT today and hopes to attend Medical School at the Univ. of Fl.

Dear Bercaw family,
   I am sorry to hear of your loss.   I have such fond childhood memories of Dr. Bercaw taking me over to Bartow via the phosphate mines for a swim meet in his nice BMW.  As a kid, it was so comforting knowing you could always count on Dr. Bercaw to give you a smile, and, his unconditional support.

Cindy and I were sorry to see in the paper that Beau had passed away. He was only a month older than me. You two always seemed to be the perfect couple. I know my parents thought highly of you two.

Nora and Family it's Brenda one of the secretaries from 5SW days at NCH, I remember when Dr B arrived here and started working at NCH, he was always very friendly and always had a big smile on his face and has a heart of GOLD~I remember my son asking him if he would sponsor him for a football league and Dr B took care it!This is a very Special person to be proud of and I was happy to know him and Nora "Great folks" I know how hard this must be on the family, I just experienced the death of my 25 year old son this past December and it's hasn't been easy, please know I am thinking of all of you  and my prayers are with you ~
