Al passed away in Nanaimo BC at the age of 75 years. He will be sadly missed by his wife Greer, stepchildren Erin (Matt) and Kevin (Sarah) and grandsons, Henry, Winston, and Melvin. He will also be missed by his brother Doug and family. Al was predeceased by his first wife Joan.
He was born in Victoria and lived all his life on the island, spending his working life driving the roads of Vancouver Island delivering fuel products to wherever it was required. He was a kind and compassionate man, caring for and worrying about everyone he knew. Al enjoyed being outdoors, fishing and hunting with his many friends, as well as travelling and camping in the fifth wheel trailer.
It is with sad hearts that we say goodbye.
