She was born September 6, 1952, in Jacksonville, Texas, to parents Leonard Burton Hall and Marjorie Morehead Hall. Pam graduated from Jacksonville High School, as well as Lon Morris College and Stephen F. Austin State University with business degrees.
At Jacksonville High School, she was captain of the cheerleading squad and fell in love with the football captain, Hubert Thomas “Tommy” Treadwell III. These high school sweethearts were married February 17, 1973.
Early in their life, Nacogdoches became “home” to Pam and Tommy. Pam began a long career with Commercial Bank of Texas, faithfully serving in various capacities before retiring in 2011 as an auditor.
Pam and Tommy served as presidents and leaders of the NHS Dragons Booster Club. She was also active in the Junior Forum as well as many other civic and professional organizations in Nacogdoches.
Family and friends were always special to Pam. Hospitality was important to Pam—her home was always open to friends and family who knew great food, warmth, and love awaited them. The Treadwell home was like a “home away from home” for their sons’ friends.
Pam was preceded in death by her husband Tommy on August 8, 2011. She was also preceded in death by her parents.
Her survivors include her sons, Dustin Treadwell of Tyler, Texas, and Jake Treadwell of Nacogdoches, Texas; and a sister, Jean Odom of Sinton, Texas.
