Johnny V. "Buck" Holloway

Mr.Holloway was born May 17, 1936, in Portales, New Mexico, to parents Edgar Holloway and Evelyn Johnson Holloway. He was retired from masonry construction and a non-denominational church member.

His survivors include his wife, Shirley Watson Holloway of Nacogdoches County; a son, Steven Holloway of Nacogdoches; daughter and son-in-law, Diann and Wayne Williamson of Cushing; step-daughter, Shannon Stover and husband Clay of Nacogdoches; step-son, Christopher Stilley of Nacogdoches; a sister, Estelle Bryan of Amarillo; 5 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren; 5 step-grandchildren; and 4 step-great-grandchildren.

Services are set for 10:30 a.m. Monday, January 19, 2015, at Cason Monk-Metcalf’s Sunset Chapel, located at 5400 North Street in Nacogdoches. Interment will follow at McKnight Cemetery, located off Hwy. 204 in Cushing, Texas. Services will be conducted by Lyle Schober.

Pallbearers will be Joshua Williamson, Joseph Williamson, Ricky King, Chris Stilley, Tommy Howard, and Jeff Barnhart.

Visitation will be held from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. Sunday, January 18, 2015.
