Daisy E Cooper

Daisy is preceded in death by her parents; and son, Robert Reid.

Daisy is survived by her sons, Leonard Reid and wife Stacey; daughters, Louise Scott, Carolyn Slay and husband George; grandchildren, Robert Reid Jr. and wife Isabella, Steven Reid, Clinton Noel and wife Courtney, Jimmy Chamerlain, Tammy Reid, Leonard Reid and wife Nikki, George Slay and wife Leann, Jeffrey Slay, Randy Slay, Jennifer Greer, Phillip Knott, Amee Magnes;numerous grandchildren; sister, Marylin Clodefelder.

She was a loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother. You would often find her often at the ball games with her kids or watching the "Braves" win another game! Daisy enjoyed watching westerns, reading, needle point and caring for her animals. She will forever be remembered for her soft heart and love for her family.

A funeral service is scheduled on Monday, December 16 at 2:00 pm at Cason Monk-Metcalf Sunset Chapel with Tim Self officiating. Interment will follow at Linn Flat Cemetery in Nacogdoches County.

Active pallbearers will include Marvin Cooper, Charles Ray Honea, Michael Robertson, Ralph Cooper, Howard Cooper, Roy Joe Farmer, Ricky Butcher, and Phillip Knott.

Friends and family are invited to visitation on Sunday, December 15, from 5:00 pm – 7:00 pm at Cason Monk-Metcalf.
