William "Bill" Sangster passed away on December 5, 2021. He was born on June 26, 1934 to Wolfred and Lucille (Rynearson) Sangster. He lived in the area all his life. Bill proudly served his country in the US Air Force during the Korean conflict. He worked at the paper mill for 40 years. He was preceded in death by his sister Marion, and his brothers Bobby and Kenny. Bill was a member of the New Apostolic Church of Grand Haven and greeted many people with his infectious smile and comments. He owned his own business of Juice Plus, and his happiest moment was telling someone about his product. Bill became affectionately known as Dr. Bill because of his knowledge of health. On Aug. 31 1984 Bill married his neighbor and love of his life Margie (Baker) Kobera, and spent 36 happy years together. He loved his organic garden/yard and tended to it almost to the end. He was an avid fan of the Tigers and Lions, win or lose. Bill dearly loved Elvis Presley and for years the end of their telephone message ended with "Thank You Very Much". Survivors include: his wife, Margie Sangster; stepson, Ryan Kobera; and children, William Jr. of WA, Cindy of OR, Brian of ID, Peggy of WA, and many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
