Ruby Bell Wagner

Ruby was born on January 14, 1941 in Muskegon, Michigan to George Scott, Sr and Anna Scott. Ruby

was a high school graduate and had been employed for several years as a retail clerk. Ruby married the

love of her life, Russell Wagner, in 1961 and enjoyed 62 outstanding years of marriage. Ruby enjoyed

spending her free time playing golf, going bowling and visiting the casino.

Ruby was preceded in death by: parents George and Anna; and brother, George Scott.

Ruby will remain in the heart of her husband and amazing soulmate, Russell Wagner, the hearts of their

children, Steve Mark (Jill Marie) Wagner, Diane Lynn Allen; Grandchildren, Mark Russell (Jess) Wagner,

Michelle Jan Plotts, Chelsey Renae Allen, Tara Jo Allen; brothers, Ed Scott and Richard Mosthke; sister,

Sandy Andersen; great -grandchildren, Jack Steven Wagner, Finn Russell Wagner, Hayden Marie Wagner,

Codey Leighon Plotts II, and one on the way. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

In accordance with Ruby’s wishes, cremation has taken place and a Life Remembrance gathering will be

held at a later date.
