Mr. Raphael C. “Ralph” Bush, age 87, passed away on Sunday, October 10, 2010. He is survived by his two sisters, Elaine M. (Peter) Madison and Beverly Forbear, both of Norton Shores; daughter-in-law, Sandy Bush of FL; several grand and great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews; numerous sisters and brothers -in-law; special friends, Dennis & Audrey Bates, Bernie & Willi Evans and Molly McFadden. Ralph was preceded in death by his wife, Betty and by a son James. He was owner of both the Pink Elephant Restaurant and Bush’s Studio Photography. Ralph was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church along with the Muskegon Heights Optimist Club for over 30 years. A Funeral Mass will be held at 12 Noon on Wednesday, October 13, 2010 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 150 E. Summit Ave. Visitation will be on Tuesday, October 12, 2010 from 4-7 PM at the funeral home with a Rosary starting at 6:30 PM. Visitation will also be held on Wednesday, one hour prior to the service at the church. Burial at St. Mary’s Cemetery. Memorial contributions can be made to Sacred Heart Catholic Church or Life Circles.
