A proud veteran, Patrick served in the Army and later dedicated over 30 years of his life to CWC Textron before retiring. Following his retirement, he found joy in working at Meijer’s in Grand Haven, where he happily assisted customers and engaged in various tasks. Known for his heart of gold and willingness to help anyone in need, Patrick's caring nature touched the lives of many.
Patrick cherished spending time with his family and indulged in activities such as camping and hunting. He also had a passion for carpentry, demonstrating his skill by building and designing cabinets. He will be dearly missed by all who knew him, but his legacy of kindness and generosity will live on in the hearts of those he touched.
Patrick was preceded in death by his parents, George and Okla Bennett, his sisters Kathy, Sue, and Sharon, and his grandson Jordan.
Patrick is survived by his wife of 54 years Marie Bennett; daughters: Dawn (Robert Cuddeback) Jasick, Carmen (Michael Pavlovic) Bennett and Candy (Bill) Gee ;Grandchildren: Marc (Shannon), Desiree (Kurtis), Riley (Lou) and Aubrey. greatgrandchildren: Ryan, Brantley, David, Wesson, Braxton and Iziah ;sisters: Isabelle and Sally.
Cremation has taken place and a celebration of life will take place at a later date.
