James Joseph Wojton

James Wojton, age 78 of Muskegon, passed away at home surrounded by his family on Friday, April 21, 2017. Jim worked as an engineer for Telecom for over ten years, and at Acemco until his retirement. Jim was an avid bicyclist, enjoyed playing euchre, and was a collector of coins. Most important to him though, was his family. He was a loving and patient husband, father, and friend, who will be missed by everyone whose lives he touched. Jim is survived by his beloved wife, Diana (Link); sons Scott (Carol Fricano) Wojton, Stephen (Sue) Wojton; Step-children Carly Hines, Sarah Zlotnicki, Zachary Zlotnicki; Grandchildren: Ryan (Jeanette) Wojton, Kyle (Karlie Hall) Wojton, Taylor (Steven) DeVries, Grace Hines, Lola Hines; Great-grandchildren: Judah Wojton, Micaiah Wojton, Asa Wojton; Sister Alene Hunt. A time of visiting will be held Wednesday, April 26, 2017 from 6:00-8:00 at Ever Rest Funeral Home and Chapel in Muskegon. A celebration of life service will be held Thursday, April 27, 2017 at 11:00am at Ever Rest Funeral Home and Chapel.
