Dawn Marie Haynes, age 51, passed away on Friday, February 11, 2011. She is survived by three children, David (Janet), Michael and Kimberly; seven grandchildren, Dakota, Taylor, Jordan, Katlyn, Aiddyn, Brennan and Chase; six siblings, George (Debra) Brewer, Cindy (Carl) Forrest, Dianne (Mike) Forrest, Edward (Clara) Brewer, Pattie Brewer, Robert ‘Bob’ (Brenda) Brewer; sister in law, Regina Brewer; several nieces and nephews; a special friend, John Pawlowski, along with the father of her children, Steven Haynes. Dawn was preceded in death by a son, Brian Haynes in 1980; her parents, Robert E. and Roberta M. Brewer; her brother, Richard ‘Rick’ Brewer. She worked for Davita Dialysis. Dawn was a member of Lakes Community Church of the Nazarene, at the corner of Evanston and Mill Iron, where a funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, February 16, 2011. Visitation will be held at the Ever Rest Funeral Home and Chapel, on Tuesday, from 5 to 8 p.m. and one hour prior to the service from 12 noon until 1:00 p.m. at the church on Wednesday. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be directed to the family (Mike Haynes) to help with funeral expenses.
