Judy lived a rich and fulfilling life, sharing 54 years of a blessed marriage with her beloved husband, Bob King. Together, they raised two sons: Cyrus Allen and his wife Annette King of Glendora, California, and Robert David and his wife Laurel King of Bay Village, Ohio. Judy cherished her family and was a devoted grandmother to Norah King and Anakayla (King) Adair. She was especially delighted to celebrate Anakayla's recent marriage to Zach Adair.
Faith played a central role in Judy's life. She found community and spiritual nourishment at Calvary Chapel in Wine Country, where she attended services, and Bible studies since 1992. Judy also dedicated her time to charitable work, enjoyed traveling in her RV, and had a deep affection for animals, particularly her beloved cats.
Judy pursued her passion for education, attending Pasadena City College before earning her Bachelor's Degree in Education from Cal State LA in 1964. For nearly 20 years , she was a dedicated teacher, shaping the lives of young students in kindergarten through third grade.
In 1990, Judy and Bob embraced a change of pace, leaving the city for tranquility of country living in Temecula. There, she cultivated a beautiful garden and peach orchard, finding joy in nature and the company of her many pets.
Judy will be remembered for her straightforward honesty, her caring spirit, and her unwavering devotion to her family and faith.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Alfred and Dorothy Rue of Visalia, CA.
