Mark Thomas Chism

Born in Marietta, GA on March 22, 1965. He is preceded in death by his father, Arthur Chism, mother, Phyllis Dochstader Chism and brothers Steve Chism and Mike Hill.

Mark spent the last 32 years loving and supporting his family with a Master’s in Professional Studies from Middle Tennessee State University. He is survived by his loving wife of 32 years, Eujeana Chism, four children: Nathaniel Chism, Aaron Chism (Brittany), Ariel Jones (Lee), and Leah Mejia (Justin), five grandchildren, sisters: Carol Scott, Judy Wegenast, Delena Bidwell, and Linda Clarke, and in-laws: Charles and Yvonne Plunkette.

Special thanks to the Vanderbilt Neurological Clinic for their loving care.

The family will have a private service for Mark Chism.
