Linda Fay Watkins

Linda Faye Watkins was a resident of Rutherford County and was born March 1, 1948 and she was called home on November 2, 2022 of natural causes. Linda was the daughter of the late Mitchell and Carrie Albert Boner. She was also preceded in death by three sisters, Joyce Hunter, Katherine Harper and Reatha Black, along with on Brother Bobby Boner. She is survived by her loving husband, Paul E. Watkins, two daughters, Vicky Swanson and Carrie Tucker; four grandchildren, Breanna Freeman, Kayla Trisdale, Cheyann Tucker and Trevin Tucker; five great grandchildren, Blake Freeman, Gage Freeman, Evanee Faye Trisdale, Braylon Trisdale and Ensley Trisdale.

Service to Celebrate Mrs. Watkins will be at Three O’clock the afternoon of Tuesday, November 8, 2022 at Roselawn Funeral Home with Pastor Gary Pyatt officiating. Visitation will also be on Tuesday, November 8, 2022 from Twelve noon until the service begins. Placement will be in Roselawn Memorial Gardens. Pallbearers will be Kevin Anderson, Trevin Tucker, Cole Trisdale, Blake Freeman, Cory Cline and Gage Freeman.

Linda was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She was employed for 18 years in P.Q.A. at Nissan in Smyrna, Tennessee. She was a member of Smith Springs Baptist Church.
