Joyce Elaine Hester Tank, age 68,of Murfreesboro went to be with her Lord on Monday July 24,2017 in Murfreesboro, TN. Joyce was born in Clarksville, TN on September 21,1948 to Clifton and Mary Lou Hester. She graduated from Montgomery Central High in 1966. Joyce is survived by her daughter Holly D. Henry (Heath) of Murfreesboro; granddaughters, Ashtyn Gregory (Chris) and Mackenzie Henry of Murfreesboro, TN. brothers, James R.Cobb of Clarksville, John W. Hester (Martha) of Collierville, and Ricky W.Hester (Elaine) of Clarksville.sister,Linda G.Davis(David) of Clarksville and several nieces and nephews and her loving companion, Stan Mullendore.Services to celebrate the life of Joyce will be at Two o’clock the afternoon of July 29, 2017 at Roselawn Funeral Home .Joe Brown will officiate the service. Early in her career, Joyce worked in the insurance business in Clarksville. Later she worked for Jacobs Construction in Smyrna, TN followed by employment at Nissan Corporation where she later retired. Joyce is preceded in death by her parents, a sister, Margaret Lucille Hayes, brother-in-law John Hayes and sister-law, Martha Cobb.
