James Edward “Jim” Cline, III, age 61, of Murfreesboro, Tennessee, passed away, on Tuesday, October 4, 2022 at Vanderbilt Medical Center. Jim was the son of the late Jimmie Wanetta and James Edward Cline, Jr.
He is survived by his wife of more than 36 years, Susanna Carter Cline; daughter, Andrea “Andi” Cline Hammill and her husband Blake; son, Kyler Cline and his wife Stephanie; grandchildren, James Gavin Hammill, Isla Hammill, Kendall Christine Cline and Carter James Cline; twin brothers, Tracey Cline and his wife Lisa and Stacey Cline and his wife Cindy; nephews, Taylor Cline and Chris Cline; two aunts and numerous cousins.
A celebration of his life will be at Two O’clock the afternoon of Saturday, October 22, 2022 at Roselawn Funeral Home with visitation from One O’clock until the service begins also on Saturday, October 22, 2022.
Jim was a family man that adored his children and grandchildren! He absolutley loved fishing, hiking and the outdoors. When his son was younger he was very active as a coach for baseball.
Jim was very loyal and always dependable. So much so, that you could call him and ask for help whenever you needed something, and you knew he would be there.
Jim was a handy man and was always working on a project of some sort
Jim had a great sense of humor and loved playing practical jokes on people.
He loved playing cards and was very competitive.
