Frances Eleanor Millspaugh, age 92, of Murfreesboro, Tennessee, passed away on Wednesday, October 5, 2022. Ms. Millspaugh was the daughter of the late Charles Franklin and Temple Minerva Gustine McGuire. She is survived by her daughter, Karen Millspaugh Jett and her husband Harold; sons, Michael Lee Millspaugh and Russell Mark Millspaugh and his wife Gretchen; sister, Thelma McCulley; grandchildren, Lisa Fleet and her husband Jason, David Shane Pearcy and his wife Melissa, Michael Anthony Millspaugh, Dustin Thomason, and Amber and Amy Fleming; great grandchildren, Jake Pearcy, Lexie Fleet, Taylor Fleet, Delania Fleming, Tate Peebles and Tanner Peebles. She was preceded in death by a brother, Charles McGuire. A Celebration of Life will be held from One O’clock till Three O’clock on the afternoon of Monday, October 10, 2022 at Roselawn Funeral Home with placement to follow in Roselawn Memorial Gardens.
