David Wayne Creasy

David Wayne Creasy, age 58, of Smyrna, Tennessee passed away on Monday, June 21, 2021 at Alive Hospice in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. Mr. Creasy was the son of Barbara Hensley Creasy and the late Robert Creasy. He is survived by his mother, Barbara Creasy Dees and her husband, Kenneth; daughter, Jessica Creasy Nix and her husband Michael; son, David Creasy; granddaughter, Brooke Nix; grandson, Cameron Nix; brother, Don Creasy; best friend, Vance Kirby; and special friend and mother of his children, Keri Ferral. Services to celebrate David will be at Three O’clock Monday, June 28, 2021 at Roselawn Funeral Home with placement to follow in Roselawn Memorial Gardens. Friends are cordially invited to visitation on Monday, June 28, 2021 from Twelve noon until the service begins at Three O’clock.

David was a 1980 graduate of Columbia Central School and avid Tennessee Titans and Chicago Cubs fan. He was a brilliant conversationalist and was able to carry on a conversation with people of diverse backgrounds and interests. He also loved to play the guitar and of his prized possessions was his Les Paul Electric Guitar. David impacted many lives, either as a mentor or friend, as a result of his managing Domino’s Pizza locations.
