Ronald L. Taulbee

He was born Thursday, February 11, 1943, in Kentucky, the son of Lee and Lillie Mae (Penix) Taulbee. Ronald loved spending time with his family, especially his grand kids and great grand kids. He was an active member of the University Christian Church. Ronald retired from Local #1112. His memberships include Sons of AmVets, and the Muncie Elks Lodge. Ronald was an avid Green Bay Packers fan and he enjoyed playing golf.

Survivors include his son, John (wife, Jamie) Taulbee; daughter, Tammy Taulbee; five grandchildren, MaeLee (Zach Branch) Taulbee-Brooks, Karson Taulbee, Morgan Hale-Taulbee, Trevor Culbertson, and Jakob Culbertson; four great-grandchildren, Kailyn Lee Brooks, Lexi MaeLee Brooks, Dakota Lee Branch, and Leona Michele Branch; many special friends including, Fred Wyman, and Bill Brown; several nieces; nephews; great-nieces; and great-nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Lee and Lillie Mae Taulbee; wife, Pamela Michele (Kemp) Taulbee, who passed away April 28, 2018; a grandson, Jacob Lee Brooks; sister, Judy Ann Reed; and a great-nephew, Braxton Patton.

Per Ronald’s wishes, he will be cremated. There will not be any immediate visitation or services. There will be a family Celebration of Life service at a later date.

Ronald’s arrangements have been entrusted to Elm Ridge Funeral Home.
