She was born on June 21, 1948, to Oscar and Nellie (Crawford) Phelps. Linda married David Kidd on April 23, 1966.
Linda was all about family, especially her grandchildren. She also enjoyed attending church at Safe Harbor Apostolic Lighthouse.
Linda leaves behind to cherish her memory, her sons, Michael (Brandy) Kidd, Mitchell (Ellen) Kidd; daughters, Amy Kidd and Belinda (Jake) Fields; brother, James Phelps; sister, Gertrude Seese; grandchildren, Brena Stevens, Brittany Kidd, Seth Fields, Matthew Fields, and Dakota Delaplane; great-grandchildren, Nick, Nevaeh, and Jordan.
She was preceded in death by her husband, David Kidd; parents, Oscar and Nellie (Crawford) Phelps; and one granddaughter, MacKenzie Stevens.
Funeral services will be Friday, June 10, 2022, at 12:00 p.m. at Elm Ridge Funeral Home, 4600 West Kilgore Avenue, Muncie, Indiana 47304. Pastor Rick Monroe will officiate.
