Larry Rex Swink

Larry Rex Swink, 76, passed away on Saturday, May 27, 2023, at his home surrounded by loved ones. He was born February 8, 1947, the son of Rex and Virginia Swink. Larry proudly served his country in the United States Army as a Vietnam Veteran. He was a past commander for post 437 Legion in Selma, Indiana. Larry worked at General Motors as a pipefitter until retirement. Survivors include his wife of fifty-three years, Kathy Swink; son, Aaron (Lisa) Swink; grandchildren, Noah and Alyssa Swink; and sister, Terri Herwehe. He was preceded in death by his parents; and his son, Trevor Swink. A celebration of Larry’s life will be held from 12 to 2 p.m. Saturday, June 10, 2023, at Elm Ridge Funeral Home, 4600 West Kilgore Avenue, Muncie, Indiana 47304.
