Dianne Lynn Bradshaw (née Mason), 69 of Daleville, Indiana, passed away on May 15, 2024, surrounded by her family.
Dianne was born on July 7, 1954, to Hershel and Dorothy Mason. After Dianne graduated from Muncie Southside in 1972, she went on to study at Ball State, graduating with her BS in Education in 1978 and her Masters in 1979. She married Ronnie Bradshaw on April 14, 1978, with whom she was happily married until his death in 2013.
Dianne was a teacher at Eaton Elementary. Then she worked for Dr. Allan Nowakowski for sixteen years before returning to the family business at the Oasis Bar and Grill until her retirement in 2020. In all of these places, Dianne improved the lives of many whether students, patients, or patrons. Dianne never knew a stranger and supported all whom she could.
Dianne’s proudest family moments include being with the Boy Scouts for eleven years where she helped lead and love an entire troop of youth to aim to be their best to one another and the world. She cherished the many close friendships that she made throughout her many years on this earth who supported her closely and loyally until the very end.
She was preceded in death by her parents, spouse, and dear brother, and his spouse, Steven and Jerri Mason.
She is survived by her son, John Wiswasser, and his spouse, Alison Wiswasser; her two grandsons: Cody Wiswasser and his spouse, Hannah Wiswasser, and Hunter Wiswasser; her granddaughter, Chloe Gong; her niece, Jill Mason; her great nephew, Kameron Mason; and her step-brother, Stephen Wayne Day; and cousin, Kay (husband, Bob) Daves. She leaves fond memories for them all to hold dearly for the rest of their lives.
Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, May 19, 2024, at Elm Ridge Funeral Home, 4600 West Kilgore Avenue, Muncie, Indiana 47304. Burial will follow in Elm Ridge Memorial Park.
Family and friends may call from 12:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. Sunday at Elm Ridge Funeral Home.
