Daughter of Jay and Beverly Rasar, longtime companion Rick Sheets, A son Jayme Dale Burris, A Daughter Amber Rasar, Two stepsons Rick Sheets, Steven Sheets, A stepdaughter Vicky Sheets, Two Grandsons Jayme Burris, Jayden Shaw, Two sisters Jacqueline Smith, Traci Rasar, Two Brothers Jimmy Rasar, Mark Rasar, several nieces and nephews and several step grandchildren.
Cindy was a strong willed, Godly woman who was loved by many. She will be dearly missed by all.
Preceded in Death by Her Parents, her son Jayme, her Daughter Amber, her stepson Ricky, her stepdaughter Vicky, Both Brothers, and Two nieces - Wendy Burris and Tiffany Whited.
