Anna R. Jackson

She was born June 23, 1940 in Jamestown, Tennessee, the daughter of Albert and Fonz Bright. Anna married the love of her life, Jerry Jackson, on November 21, 1980 and together they spent 44 beautiful years making memories with their family. Prior to retirement, Anna worked for many years as a CNA. She was an active member of Fellowship Baptist Church, and loved reading her Bible. Anna will be missed by all who knew her, especially her beloved dog, Chi-Chi, who followed her everywhere.

Survivors include her husband, Jerry Jackson; son, Bill (Dianna) Wilson; daughters, Joy Wilson, Jackie Wilson, Lisa Funkhouser and Lori (Jon) Neal; brothers, Doyle Bright and Donnie Bright; fourteen grandchildren and twenty-four great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; three sisters; two brothers; daughter, Cynthia Wilson; two granddaughters, Kendra Crabtree and Misty Wilson; and one grandson, Richard Lowe.

Visitation will be 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM Wednesday, March 26, 2025 at Elm Ridge Funeral Home, 4600 West Kilgore Avenue, Muncie, Indiana, 47304 with a service following at 1:00 PM. Burial will follow at Elm Ridge Memorial Park.
