Rosalie Koncaba, 59 of Moulton, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her family on Monday July 20th, 2020. She was born on September 29th, 1960 in Houston to Margaret Kubicek and the late Frankie “Poncho” Kubicek.
In 1980, she graduated from Waltrip High School and continued her work in Houston until she made her move to Moulton where she met her husband.
On March 12th 1983, she married Timothy Koncaba and they were blessed with two sons and one daughter. She was married to her beloved husband for 37 years.
She was the best daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother, aunt, and friend. For 20 years she enjoyed owning and operating the Lil’ Kountry Flower & Gift Shop in Moulton and for the last 17 years she enjoyed working in the cafeteria at Moulton ISD.
Rosalie is survived by her husband, Tim; three children: two sons, Preston (Donna) of Shiner, Kyle (Ann) of Moulton and one daughter, Courtney of Moulton; four grandchildren: Ryan, Kason, Owen, and Kylie; her mother, Margaret Kubicek; sister, Sharon (Perry) Kram and numerous nieces, nephews, family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her father, Frankie “Poncho” Kubicek, her father and mother-in-law, James and Dolores Koncaba, and two nieces Delaine Kolacny and Hannah Koncaba.
Pallbearers: Trey Kram, Wyatt Darilek, Steven Steinocher, Devin Kolacny, Justin Ebner, and Cody Jalufka.
