Rebecca Elaine Talbott, age 67, of Lake Charles, Louisiana passed away on Monday, July 4, 2022. Rebecca was born November 29, 1954 in Lake Charles, LA. to parents Leon & Mary Talbott. She was a native of Lake Charles and resident of Moss Bluff, LA. Rebecca was a graduate of Sam Houston High School and later graduated from McNeese State University with a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice.
She was a member of the Baptist faith and formerly a Nurse's Aide in the Healthcare Industry. Rebecca loved gardening, watching TV, cooking and baking.
She is preceded in death by her parents, her brothers: David and Jerry Talbott, and sister: Veda Marie Talbott.
Those left to cherish her memory are her two sons: Tyler Gill & wife Maranda of Moss Bluff, LA. and Christopher Gill of Moss Bluff, LA.; three brothers: Elmer Talbott of Chula Vista, CA.; Leon Talbott & wife Sheryl of GA.; Mark Talbott of RI.; and one sister: Lis Dartez and husband Luke of Carlyss, LA, grand daughter, Leona Hubler.
The family has entrusted cremation to J.E. Hixson & Sons Funeral Home of Lake Charles.
