Joseph Earl Miller Jr.

Joe was born to his parents, Wanda Lea Fontenot and Joseph E. Miller, Sr. in Lake Charles, LA.

Joe was a graduate of Sam Houston High School grew up in Moss Bluff.

He was the life of the party, he never met a stranger and would give you the shirt off his back if

you needed it.

Joe was a heavy equipment and crane operator for 35 years. He traveled all over the United States enjoying God’s beautiful portraits with the love of his life, his wife of 32 years, Stacy Summerlin Miller.

Joe enjoyed hunting, fishing, hanging out in his man cave and piddling with his chickens.

His favorite pastime was fishing with his favorite niece, Olivia Summerlin. She was his fishing buddy.

Those left to remember Joe are his wife, Stacy Miller, mother in law and father in law, Jim and Donna

Summerlin of Alabama, brother in law, Justin Summerlin and wife Sadie of Westlake, sisters, Donna Sue Keith (Stewart) DeRidder and Cindy Miller of Singer. A host of nieces and nephews and great nieces and great nephews. His two fur babies, Sophie and Buddee who will miss him.

He is preceded in death by his parents, two nephews, Charles Nicholas Gill and Daniel Shane Keith.
