Woodrow "Woody" Seals

Woodrow “Woody” Seals, age 70, of Morristown, went to be with the Lord on Monday, January 29, 2018 at his home. He was a member of Roe Junction Baptist Church. Preceding him in death were his parents, Walter “Jiggs” and Agnes Brooks Seals; and siblings, Ruby Muncey, Graydon Seals, Ben Seals, Alvin Davis “Skeeter” Seals, Ricky Seals, and Dan Seals.

Survivors include his wife of 37 years, Juliet “Julie” Seals; children, Melody (Jeff) Pool, Angela Cupp, and April (Brian) Richardson; grandchildren, D’Niqua Pool, Sarah Cupp, and Cali Richardson; sisters, Edith “Toot” Wolfenbarger, Kathy (Ronnie) Estep, and Bobbie Seals; brothers, Matt (Sandra) Seals and Herman (Gail) Seals; and a host of nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends on Friday, February 2, 2018 from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. in the Chapel of Stubblefield Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held on Saturday at 2 p.m. at Roe Junction Baptist Church with Rev. Odell Davidson, Rev. Curt Seal and Rev. Louie Spradling officiating. He will lie in state for one hour prior to the service. Interment will follow in Roe Junction Cemetery.
