He was preceded in death by his parents; Levi C. and Julia B. (Hawkins) Blevins, 7 brothers and 3 sisters.
Survivors include his wife; Cathy Blevins, children; Debra (Jeff) Bruce, Tammy Blevins, Tanya (Larry) Hailey, Kimberly Beard, Michael (Jessica) Blevins and Kendra Blevins, a host of grandchildren and great grandchildren and his sister; Mary Guzman.
The family will receive friends in the chapel of Stubblefield Funeral Home on Wednesday, September 14th from 6 to 8 p.m. The service will be on Thursday, September 15th, in the chapel of Stubblefield Funeral Home at 2:00 p.m. with Rev. T.P. Phillips officiating. The internment will follow at Hamblen Memory Gardens.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you donate to the Thompson Cancer Center in Morristown.
