Skip Haynes, age 54, of Morristown, passed away at Lakeway Regional Hospital on Wednesday, March 4, 2015. He was a loving husband who was dedicated to his family and church. He was a member of Russellville Church of God. He was preceded in death by his father, Ernie Haynes; grandparents, Sam and Thelma Sellers and Lee and Ruth Haynes; and aunt, Charlotte Cornett. Survivors include his wife of 27 years, Tina Haynes; mother and step-father, Shelby Haynes and Allen Brock; baby girl, Brandi “Twig” (Joshua) Coleman; son, Jason Haynes; grandchildren, Hannah and Caleb Haynes; mother-in-law, Juanita Hensley; brothers, Darryl (Wendy) Haynes and Rick (Judy) Haynes; nieces, Jennifer Haynes and Cara Haynes; and nephew, Alex Haynes. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, March 7, 2015 at 1:00 p.m. at Russellville Church of God. Rev. Jonathon Bewley and Rev. Roger Rigney will officiate. Interment will follow in Hamblen Memory Gardens. Pallbearers will be the men of Russellville Church of God.
