Paul was very proud of his Norwegian heritage. He enjoyed fishing and hunting and had a realm of knowledge in many areas. His time spent at the University of Tennessee introduced him to his passion for the fine arts. He had many others loves including cooking, music, collecting memorabilia and enjoying classic movies and TV and cooking shows.
Paul is preceded in death by his father, Ivar Andreas Johansen and his mother, Åsta Børte Johansen.
His life will leave lasting impressions to his family and the many close friends that he had. Paul leaves behind his sister (husband), Inger and Ken Conner, Kristine’ Sharp (niece), Christopher Sharp (nephew), Justin Conner (nephew) and Adam Conner (nephew).
A Celebration of Life Service will be held Saturday February 1st 2025, at 1:30 pm, at Christus Victor Lutheran Church in Knoxville, Tennessee. Pastor Bill Ondracka will be officiating. Flowers can be sent to the church or donations can be made in lieu of flowers to the Christus Victor Lutheran Church.
