Mary Ruth Belcher, age 91, of Rogersville, went to be with the Lord on Friday, June 19, 2020. She was of the Baptist faith. Preceding her in death was her husband, Edward Belcher; mother, Sidney Stiltner Belcher; father, Burley Looney; sister, Marie Anton; and brothers, Elmer, Lawrence, Howard, Billy and Douglas Loony.
Survivors include her son, Paul Belcher; grandchildren, Dustin Belcher, TJ Belcher and Cassie Belcher; five great-grandchildren; brother, Burley Looney Jr; sister, Irene Hendricks; caregiver, Vickie Belcher; and several nieces and nephews.
Family and friends will meet at 10:45 a.m. in Hamblen Memory Gardens on Monday, June 22, 2020 for a graveside service at 11:00 a.m.
